Refund will be initiated only when you receive any damaged product or else we have only an exchange policy
Please note that there is no return policy once a product is purchased except in case the product is damaged. In case of damage pls write to contact@threadsandthemes.com within 24 hours along with the details of the product and a picture of the damaged product.
Product can be exchanged only for sizes within 7 days provided product tag has not been removed and product is in fresh condition. Incase of exchange pls write to contact@threadsandthemes.com with the details of the product, image and size required. Incase the requested size is available we will start the exchange process.
Once the original product(s) has been received at our Facility and the quality check has been carried out, your replacement/exchange product will be shipped to your given address within 10-15 working days.
